Fiona joined the Cooke & Hutchinson team as a Solicitor in April 2014.
Fiona completed her Bachelor of Laws degree from the Queensland University of Technology in 2009. This was the culmination of 20 years hard work within the legal industry, having started her career as a legal secretary and then progressed into the role of a paralegal/law clerk in a top tier city based firm.
In 2011, Fiona worked at the Queensland Public Interest Law Clearing House, helping flood victims deal with their varying insurance issues in what was a very distressing time for them. This experience strengthened her desire to directly help people with their legal issues in a personal, hands-on environment. Her goal is to be able to help small to medium enterprises and their people, working with them to help resolve their problems efficiently and as quickly and stress free as possible.
Fiona’s professional interests are in the commercial and employment areas of law. Having been a Redcliffe resident for over 25 years, she is now looking forward to being able to pursue these interests closer to home and being of great service to the people of her local community.
