Hip Hip Hooray!

On Saturday, March 29 Mayor Allan Sutherland and local rugby league legend Petero Civoniceva officially opened North Lakes’ newest commercial hub, North Lakes Central, to the public.

C&H would like to congratulate the major stakeholders and everyone else involved in the project on their great success in bringing North Lakes Central to fruition.

C&H were delighted to be a part of this exciting event, having moved into Central earlier this year. C&H Legal Practice Director Gary Hutchinson is over the moon that such a crucial factor for the future growth of his Practice has been realised.

“Our Practice moved into North Lakes Central in January this year and we have been overwhelmed by the response, not only to the establishment of a second office, but also to the precinct itself,” said Mr Hutchinson.

“It has been a long term goal of ours to establish a presence in the greater Northern suburbs of Brisbane. As soon as we heard about North Lakes Central and what it would help bring to this community, we knew we had found the answer to our problem and that we wanted to be a part of it.”

“We are extremely excited by the prospect of immersing ourselves in the North Lakes community. This vibrant and ever growing area is a microcosm of the wider Queensland region and we are serious about bringing our Practice to the service of North Lakes and its people.”

As well as being the base for our second office, North Lakes Central is also home to the offices of Ray White Commercial, News Xpress North Lakes and a number of cafes and restaurants that will add something a little bit different to the North Lakes community.

“North Lakes Central is one of the best examples of why this area is booming. It already has a great mix of professional service firms and customer service outlets and there are still so many more tenancies to come in.”

“This precinct is a perfect example of what makes North Lakes so appealing to both residents and commercial investors and I encourage anyone who is interested to come down and have a look for themselves.”
